A quick plugin for help with multi-lingual links.

use it like this : 

{TRANSLATED(flag=>France,lang=>fr)}[url] or ((wikiname)) or ((inter:interwiki)) (use wiki syntax){TRANSLATED}

It's really a freeform linker, so it can be used in multi-tiki lingual setup, or for smaller website with all translated content internally, anything.
